GAME RULES

In each turn player rolls 2 one-three-sided dice and then calculates highest possible number from the dice values.
player and computer takes turn clockwise to roll the highest possible number. The player rolling highest score wins the round.
In case the two have the same score, then they roll again to decide a winner.
The game is played for a predetermined number of rounds and player winning maximum rounds is the overall winner.
NOTE : the player have just three side {1 , 2 , 3} or the computer have all the six side {1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6}
